Job summary

Signature Aviation in the United States seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private terminal, delivering a seamless, personalized guest experience from wheels down to wheels up. You will blend hospitality with hands-on operational support in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

This role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors around aircraft.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass background checks, drug tests, airport background checks, and obtain an airport security badge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent vision and coordination for aircraft movement and fuel inspection.
• Valid state driver's license (CDL may be required in some locations).
• Three to six months aviation or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently in line with SOPs and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors and crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, catering, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify open tasks, and report safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest transport.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Offer safe transport when driving shuttle vehicles and maintain ramps and operations.
• Manage fuel handling, quality control, inventory, and related documentation.
• Understand and enforce safety, security, and guest service requirements.
• Stop work for unsafe conditions and report concerns to management.
• Follow emergency procedures and comply with security protocols.
• Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.
