Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience at our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on operational duties, engaging guests while performing ground services in an outdoor setting around active aircraft.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and airport background checks for security clearance.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Ability to follow directions from supervision and demonstrate good judgment.
• Preferred: 3–6 months aviation or customer service experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate clearly to teammates.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors and aircraft crews to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, plumbing, power, parking, marshalling, catering and towing).
• Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stairs.
• Load and unload luggage and cargo; assist guest vehicles and transfers.
• Deliver professional guest services with a positive, helpful attitude to ensure memorable experiences.
• Provide safe, courteous shuttle transportation for guests and luggage as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and operations; manage fuel handling and records.
