Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private aviation terminal, delivering a seamless, hospitality‑driven welcome to guests, crew, and aircraft from wheels down to wheels up.

You will operate ground service equipment and perform aircraft ground services while maintaining a service‑first mindset in an outdoor, runway‑side environment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast‑paced, luxury setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must pass background checks and obtain airport security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work.
• Must pass color vision test for aviation fuel inspection.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license (CDL may be required).
• Three to six months experience in aviation or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft staff to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and report safety concerns.
• Operate fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and PAT.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service at all times.
• Provide safe transportation for guests using shuttle vehicles.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations.
• Handle fuel, inventory, and related documentation.
• Follow all safety, security, and guest service requirements.
• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise and report.
• Follow emergency procedures when needed.
