Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands‑on ground services, supporting fueling, de‑icing, towing, and guest transportation while staying safety‑minded.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass company background checks and drug tests.
• Ability to pass airport background checks and obtain security badge.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required by location.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to conduct airside operations safely per SOPs and policies.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; report safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service and safe, courteous transportation as needed.
• Maintain clean, secure ramps and operations; follow emergency procedures.
• Adhere to security protocols and create accurate activity records.
