Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private aviation terminal, delivering a seamless, welcoming experience for guests, crew, and aircraft. You will operate ground service equipment and perform aircraft support while maintaining a service-first mindset in varying weather and outdoor conditions.

The role requires schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety and excellent guest interactions in a luxury

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass background checks and obtain airport security badge.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors and crew to meet service needs.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing, GPUs, tugs, etc.).
• Provide professional, friendly guest service and a safe experience.
• Fuel handling and required documentation.
