Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private terminal, delivering a seamless, personalized welcome for guests, crew, and aircraft. You will blend hospitality with hands-on ground services and work outdoors around active aircraft, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will operate ground service equipment, assist with fueling, de-icing, power, water, parking, towing, and catering delivery while maintaining safety and exceptional guest service at

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass background checks and meet airport requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Communicate clearly with guests, crew, vendors and aircraft teams.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and flag safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment and towing gear as needed.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and PAT/vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service and welcoming experience.
• Provide shuttle transport for guests and luggage.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and record activities accurately.
• Manage fuel handling, quality control, and documentation.
• Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures at all times.
• Report unsafe conditions and cooperate on corrective actions.
