Job summary

Signature Aviation, a premier private aviation terminal network, seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional guest care and manage hands‑on operations. You will work outdoors around aircraft, performing ground services and ensuring safety, efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid driver’s license, background check eligibility, and a service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Able to pass background checks and airport security checks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Good judgment and ability to follow directions.
• Preferred: 3–6 months aviation or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely per SOPs and communicate tasks.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors and crew to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft; identify open tasks and safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing, GP units, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service and safe transportation when shuttling guests.
• Maintain ramps and operations in a safe, clean condition.
• Fuel handling, quality control, inventory, and documentation.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols.
• Create records of time worked and activities.
