Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Leader to guide the Airside Experience team, ensuring services for aircraft, crew, cargo, and guests are delivered with precision and care.

You will oversee airside operations, resolve guest concerns, and escalate when beyond the scope of specialists. This role emphasizes safety, service, and hospitality leadership in a dynamic outdoor setting near active aircraft.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused guest service mindset and professional presentation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and feedback.
• English language proficiency for safety docs, communication, and reporting.
• Basic math to perform calculations and measurements as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication for guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced airside environment while maintaining safety.
• Proficiency with computers and digital training modules used in operations.
• Willingness to complete Signature’s training programs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Airside Experience Specialists/Associates; ensure accuracy, demeanor, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate duties and provide shift supervision for on-duty team members.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff.
• Serve as the escalation point for guest service matters and inquiries.
• Work with the team to conduct safe, efficient airside operations per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, clients, vendors, and aircraft personnel to meet service needs.
