Signature Aviation in Lafayette, LA seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver premium guest service while supporting ground operations on the airside. You will engage guests, perform fueling, de-icing, power and baggage duties, and ensure safe, efficient aircraft handling.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service orientation and personal integrity.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and procedures in English.
• Able to operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, stair trucks, etc.).
• Perform aircraft ground services including fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power and potable water services, parking, marshalling, and towing.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and PAT/guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service and shuttle transportation.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; adhere to SOPs and safety rules.
• Record time worked and activities; follow emergency procedures as required.
