Signature Aviation in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver seamless, personalized hospitality at our private aviation terminal, combining guest service with hands-on operational support from wheels down to wheels up.

You will operate ground service equipment, assist guests and aircraft crew, and ensure safety, security, and SOP compliance in outdoor environments. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass company background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Must pass a color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required.
• Preferred: 3–6 months experience in aviation, customer service, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft; identify and address open tasks and safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GP units, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist guest transportation as needed.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; ensure fuel handling accuracy and documentation.
