Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private aviation terminal, delivering luxury hospitality with hands‑on operational support. You’ll work outdoors around active aircraft, operate ground service equipment, and ensure guests feel cared for from wheels down to wheels up.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and a service‑first mindset in fast‑paced environments that emphasize safety, efficiency, and guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license (CDL where required).
• Preferred: aviation or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks, flag safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo from/into aircraft and related areas.
• Provide professional guest service with a service-first mindset.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles.
• Maintain clean and secure ramps and operations.
• Fuel handling, quality control, and related documentation.
• Understand and enforce safety, operational, and guest service requirements.
• Stop work for unsafe conditions and report concerns.
• Follow emergency procedures.
• Understand and enforce security protocols.
• Create accurate records of time worked and activities performed.
