Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience at our private aviation terminal. You will perform hands-on ground services, operate equipment, and coordinate with crew and guests in an energetic outdoor setting.

The role requires flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong hospitality and safety awareness. A valid US driver’s license and the ability to work in the US are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks and airport background checks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Preferred: aviation or customer service exposure; training may suffice.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and policies.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft staff to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, catering, towing).
• Proactively prepare for arrivals/departures and report safety concerns to stakeholders.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icers, GPUs, tugs, stair trucks).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist with guest transportation and ramp duties.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and organized ramp.
