Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, personalized experience for guests, crew, and aircraft in our luxury private aviation terminal. You will perform ground services and operate equipment while maintaining a service-first mindset, including nights, weekends, and holidays in outdoor environments around aircraft.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused guest service and professionalism.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and procedures in English.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement skills for operating and loading equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, parking, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; report safety concerns.
