Job summary

SP+ is seeking an Airline Wheelchair Supervisor to oversee airport wheelchair operations and ensure seamless passenger assistance. The role involves pushing passengers, aiding with luggage, and maintaining safety protocols while delivering exceptional service across shifts.

Applicants should have at least one year of supervisory experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, pass background/drug screening, and be eligible to work in the United States with airport badge eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and push up to 300 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain airport badge.
• Able to pass background and drug screen.
• Airline experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wheelchair operation at an airport facility.
• Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates and assist with luggage.
• Maintain safety with wheel brakes and incident reporting.
• Follow dispatcher gate orders and assist passengers' needs.
• Develop professional relationships with staff and customers.
• Exceed customer service standards and perform other duties as assigned.
