Job summary

The Norfolk-based division of Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc is looking for a working shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations for both contracted commercial flights and charter aircraft. You will lead by example with a strong customer service focus and ensure effective communication across teams.

You will coordinate with air carrier personnel, TSA, and station managers, train Agents, and ensure compliance with FAA/TSA directives while maintaining safety and quality on shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation or airline service preferred.
• Training of new employees and ongoing in-service training.
• Licenses/certifications required such as CRO and Ground Security Coordinator as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and participates in Customer Service and Ramp Services operations for both contracted commercial flights and charter aircraft.
• Directs and trains assigned Agents; maintains training records.
• Coordinates with air carrier personnel, station managers, TSA, and other stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with FAA and TSA security regulations; updates reports and MUFIDS.
• Maintains emergency checklists and prepares verbal/written reports.
