Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the aviation industry.
• Experience training staff and coordinating shift operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain CRO certification when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in customer service and ramp operations.
• Direct and train assigned Agents; conduct ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and TSA regulations.
• Prepare reports and update MUFIDS; communicate with airline staff.
