Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating passenger check-in, baggage handling, aircraft servicing, equipment operation, safety compliance with FAA/TSA rules, and reporting on service activities.

Qualifications

• 1 year aviation industry experience is highly sought.
• 6 months experience equivalent to Airline Service Agent if applicable.
• Initial/advanced Operations Services training required within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Customer Service and Ramp Services operations for contracted flights and charters.
• Direct and train assigned Agents; maintain training records and ensure compliance.
• Advise on policy issues and develop more efficient operations as needed.
• Coordinate with air carrier personnel, station managers, and TSA representatives for assigned shift.
• Manage equipment training and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/TSA regulations and company directives; attend meetings.
• Prepare verbal and written reports related to service activities and agents.
