The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and the ability to obtain necessary airport credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in delivering customer service to passengers.
• Assist passengers with arrival, check-in, boarding, and special needs.
• Manage ticketing and check-in via a computerized system and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
