HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to support a high-volume restaurant operation at Palm Beach Airport. The role ensures the restaurant runs smoothly, stays clean and staffed, and adheres to policy standards. You will supervise associates, participate in hiring decisions, and manage scheduling and safety compliance.

The position is on-site at an airport location with varied shifts and responsibilities, including cash handling and ensuring guest satisfaction. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Requires a minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.

Aufgaben

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Assists the AGM/GM in supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit.
• Participates in hiring input and recommends personnel changes to the GM for associates within the unit.
• Assigns work tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meal periods for associates are taken.
• Keeps display areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Ensures all equipment is in good working order.
• Operates cash register and follows cash handling policies and procedures.
