HMSHost is seeking a Manager II at our Miami Airport F&B location to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper staffing, and high standards of service. The role involves opening, running, and closing shifts, supervising associates, and upholding company policies.

You will enforce health, safety, and beverage policies, participate in hiring decisions, and ensure accurate scheduling and cash handling. This role requires strong leadership and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years food & beverage experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily, and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with AB policies and staff adherence to procedures.
• Participate in interview process and advise GM on staffing decisions.
• Prepare and manage work schedules to cover all shifts.
• Ensure wellness and safety procedures are followed and reported.
