Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food and beverage and customer service.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience.
• Able to speak and understand instructions and interact with guests.

Responsibilities

• Open, run, and close shifts following policy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring input.
• Schedule staff and ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and HACCP compliance.
• Operate cash register and manage cash securely.
