Job summary

HMSHost is hiring a Manager I at Pittsburgh International Airport Food & Beverage to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure cleanliness, staffing, and compliance with company policies.

You will assist the AGM/GM, manage open, daily and closing procedures, schedule shifts, supervise associates, uphold HACCP standards, and handle cash with accuracy.

This on-site role requires flexible hours across opening, peak periods, and closing shifts, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within units.
• Assist in hiring and staffing decisions with input from GM.
• Prepare schedules and ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure health, safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date contact information for associates.
