HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in executing QSR-style restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards, guiding staff with prescribed policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, understand instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit or group of locations.
• Participates in interviews and hiring decisions; recommends promotions or terminations to the GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures rest breaks and meal periods are observed and that areas are clean and stocked.
