HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in executing QSR-style restaurant operations at the Fort Myers airport location. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and run to high standards while applying company policies and health guidelines.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong cash handling, and a focus on guest service. On-site work and rotating shifts are expected to meet business needs.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and communicate with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit and assists management.
• Participates in hiring discussions and recommends promotions or changes to the GM.
