Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. seeks a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers in daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and consistent service. The role requires cross-training across stations and maintaining product quality on scheduled shifts.

You will work primarily in a climate-controlled airport environment with the restaurant team, contributing to inventory, training, and adherence to brand standards. This is a full-time, weekend-friendly opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a positive guest experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Handling complaints professionally and calmly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to complete airport security and background checks.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Familiar with cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and be courteous, friendly, and prompt.
• Support GM in achieving location goals.
• Ensure timely production and flow of service.
• Maintain morale and a professional atmosphere.
• Communicate with management and staff using 7Shifts logs.
• Keep restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Train and develop team members around station processes.
• Support shifts to meet company and brand standards.
• Follow cash handling procedures and logs.
• Assist with inventory and ordering under GM direction.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
