Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is hiring a Shift Leader to support airport restaurant operations at Skyport. You will help set the tone, ensure memorable guest experiences, resolve issues, and cross-train across all positions.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of restaurant experience, ServSafe certification a plus, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid leave, and transportation perks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and be courteous, friendly, and prompt.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production of product and service.
• Maintain a professional, positive atmosphere and good morale.
• Communicate with management and staff effectively, including 7Shifts logs.
• Keep restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Train and develop team members on station processes.
• Ensure brand standards are met on every shift.
• Handle cash accurately and prevent theft; complete daily paperwork.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support new programs or policies as directed by management.
• Assist in inventory control and ordering under GM direction.
