Job summary

The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, training of team members, and adherence to safety and brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
• ServeSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service with courteous, friendly, and prompt attention.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production of product and service times.
• Maintain morale and a professional atmosphere.
• Ensure informed communication with management and employees via the 7Shifts Log.
• Maintain restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Assist in training team members on station processes and procedures.
• Support brand standards and company policies.
• Follow cash handling procedures and report discrepancies or theft.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and logs as requested.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support new programs or policies from the General Manager.
• Assist GM with inventory: monitor levels and place orders/requisitions.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
