Job summary

First Meridian Services is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers in daily operations within a bustling airport setting. You will help set the tone, ensure memorable guest experiences, resolve issues, and cross-train across all stations to maintain product quality and service on the scheduled shift.

This role requires strong communication, dependability, and the ability to work AM/PM shifts, with opportunities for training and advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years restaurant experience.
• ServeSafe Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the GM.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production and service flow.
• Maintain professional, positive atmosphere and morale.
• Communicate with management and staff using logs.
• Keep restaurant organized, stocked, and sanitized.
• Assist in training team members on procedures.
• Follow cash handling and daily administrative tasks as needed.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support new programs or policies each shift as directed by the GM.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering under GM direction.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
