Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service at the Skyport-operated restaurant in an international airport setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and process payments while keeping the front of house clean and stocked.

You must be 18+ with a willingness to obtain a TABC license if needed, and have prior food service or customer service experience. Shifts include day parts and weekends, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must currently hold an active TABC license, or be willing to obtain one upon hire
• Prior experience in food service or customer service is required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Process payments efficiently using the POS system
• Provide information about menu items and answer inquiries
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist with food preparation or restocking as needed during shifts
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
