Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to assist restaurant managers in daily operations at an airport environment. You will help set the tone for guest experiences, resolve issues, and ensure quality service on the scheduled shift.

The role requires cross-training across positions, maintaining product quality, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. A mid shift from 12 PM to 8 PM is expected, with full-time benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years’ restaurant experience required.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and maintain a courteous, friendly, and prompt approach.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production of products and service flow.
• Maintain a professional, positive atmosphere and morale.
• Follow cash handling procedures and daily administrative tasks as needed.
