Enterprise Holdings is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Sanford Airport to provide friendly, efficient rental experiences. You will verify driver information, guide customers through terms and services, and help ensure a smooth rental and return process.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with full-time hours (4pm-close) including weekends and holidays, and employee benefits including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail or guest services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally and promptly.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information.
• Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Handle callback management and other assigned calls.
• Inspect rental vehicles upon return and report issues.
• Communicate vehicle maintenance concerns to management.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company classes.
