Job summary

Enterprise Mobility at Sanford Airport is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide superb, friendly service and guide customers through the rental process. You will communicate terms, upsell options, and offer local information to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed.
• Basic PC skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in past 5 years.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Willing to work near Sanford Airport and4pm-close shift, weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, timely manner.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle options and upsell protection products.
• Provide directions and local information to customers.
• Handle reservation calls, rate quotes, and inquiries.
• Make outbound calls for callbacks and follow-ups.
• Assess rental condition on return and report issues.
• Notify management of customer or vehicle problems.
• Engage in ongoing training and development.
