Qualifications

• 1 year minimum customer service, retail, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superb, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and options
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers
• Answer reservation calls, provide quotes, and resolve questions for customers and other branches
• Notify management of any customer or vehicle issues and assist with the rental return process
• Support ongoing training and development opportunities offered by the company
