Enterprise Holdings is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for the South Bend Airport (SBN). You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and guide them through the rental process to ensure a smooth, efficient experience.

The role offers $20.67 per hour plus bonus opportunities, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with matching profit sharing, paid time off, and employee rental car discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services clearly.
• Use approved sales techniques to assess customer needs and offer protection options and upgrades.
• Provide directions and local area information to assist customers.
• Answer calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions with resolution.
• Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
• Notify management of customer or vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
• Engage in on-the-job training and company-sponsored development opportunities.
