Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years old and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features
• Offer optional protection products and upgrades based on customer needs
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information
• Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution to customers and vendors
• Make outgoing calls for callbacks and other assigned tasks
• Inspect rental condition upon return and notify management of issues
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored development opportunities
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform other duties as assigned
