Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must have strong communication and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
• Recommend protection products and upgrades as appropriate.
• Assist customers with directions and local area information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via calls.
• Process callbacks and follow-up communications as assigned.
• Monitor return condition and report any vehicle issues to management.
