Enterprise Holdings is seeking a Customer Experience Representative at the Grand Rapids Airport location. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and help select options while ensuring a smooth rental and return experience.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product upsell opportunities, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating reservations, and assisting with vehicle return checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Assist customers by providing directions and local information.
• Handle incoming calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions; resolve issues.
• Perform return inspections and communicate any vehicle concerns to Management.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored development opportunities.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform related duties as assigned.
