Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer options for protection products, upgrades, fuel, and other services.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries by phone or in person.
• Process callbacks and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assess rental condition on return and report issues to management.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and seek ongoing training.
