Job summary

National Car Rental is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Representative at Harrisburg Airport. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service, explaining rental terms, features, and options to customers, and ensuring a smooth rental process from start to return.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering reservations, assisting with directions and local information, and coordinating with other branches.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior customer service, retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally, in a friendly and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services, including protection products and upgrades.
• Provide directions and local information to customers and assist with service inquiries.
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions, and resolve issues across branches and vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-up as needed.
• Assist in assessing rental condition at return and communicate findings to management.
• Flag vehicle or customer issues to management and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Continuously learn and participate in on‑the‑job or company-sponsored trainings.
