Job summary

National Car Rental, part of Enterprise Mobility, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Dane County Airport in Madison, WI. You will greet customers in a professional, friendly manner, explain rental terms and vehicle features, and help complete reservations to ensure a smooth, timely rental and return experience.

This hourly role pays $18 per hour plus potential bonuses, with several day shifts and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

Must have 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
Use approved sales methods to assess needs and offer protection products, upgrades, and options.
Provide directions, maps, and local information to customers as needed.
Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and questions; resolve issues or escalate as necessary.
Assist in inspecting vehicles upon return and notifying management of issues.
