Job summary

National Car Rental is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Philadelphia Airport location to greet customers, explain rental terms, and sell optional protections and upgrades while ensuring a smooth rental process.

You will handle reservations, quotes, and questions, collect driver information, and assist with returns. The role requires reliable, friendly service and the ability to work a specific evening schedule, including the 2:00 PM–12:00 AM shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail customer service experience OR
• Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 months of retail customer service experience
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future
• Must reside within 30 minutes of Philadelphia International Airport
• Must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 2:00 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features
• Suggest optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions
• Process callbacks and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist with vehicle return inspections and communicate any issues to management
• Participate in training and development opportunities and perform related duties
