HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or small cluster near the Jacksonville Airport. You will ensure cleanliness, staffing, opening/closing, and operate to high standards while managing P&L responsibility.

Key duties include staffing deployment, training, performance coaching, scheduling, enforcing brand standards, inventory management, and vendor relations, plus ensuring safety compliance across the unit.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience plus 5–7 years restaurant experience overall.
• Flexibility with staffing and scheduling; leadership of diverse teams.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service standards and operations.

• Open and close duties and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and manage shifts/staffing coverage.
• Oversee product availability, orders, receiving, and vendor communications.
