Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or nearby cluster near St. Louis Airport. You will ensure cleanliness, staffing, opening/closing duties and high operational standards while driving profitability.

The role requires seasoned leadership, P&L oversight, staff development, compliance with safety and brand standards, and a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience in restaurant leadership (GM/AGM) and P&L responsibilities.
• Experience managing QSR or casual dining operations with strong financial oversight.
• Substantial staffing, training and employee engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and ensure prep work is completed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and manage P&L.
• Coach and develop staff; recruit, hire and advance team members.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards across the unit(s).
