Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Cincinnati area is seeking a Customer Service Agent to check-in passengers, verify documents, assign seats, and assist with baggage at the ticket counter and gates. This part-time, on-site role requires good English, computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

The position supports safety and compliance, with the ability to stand long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and work evenings and weekends. A FBI background check and US Customs seal are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to stand for long periods at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas.
• Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information and baggage claims.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify documents prior to boarding.
• Interpret identification labels along with baggage routing tags.
• Keep work areas organized (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
• Make announcements and assign seats as needed.
