Menzies Aviation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to check in passengers at the ticket counter and gates, verify documents, assign seats, provide gate information, and assist travelers with issues in the airport.

You will host self-service kiosks, manage baggage & seating, adhere to uniform guidelines and conduct codes, and maintain a positive, safety-conscious approach while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, and baggage claims.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify documents prior to boarding.
• Maintain organized work areas in check-in, lobby, gate, and baggage areas.
• Ensure safety and security in airport operations.
• Communicate clearly with passengers and provide seating information as needed.
