Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers at the airport with check-ins, gate information and baggage claims. You will host self-service kiosks and support safe, organized operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork and reliability, with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior frontline experience is preferred and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods at ticket counters and gate areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and other passenger issues.
• Interpret identification labels and baggage/cargo routing tags.
• Host self-service kiosks.
• Ensure work areas are organized.
• Maintain a positive attitude while assisting customers.
• Support safe and secure operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
