Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Indianapolis, IN to check in passengers, verify documents, assign seats, and provide gate information. You will assist with baggage and customer inquiries at the ticket counter and gates, while adhering to uniform guidelines and conduct codes.

The role requires English proficiency, computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Availability includes weekends, with uniforms provided and a part-time schedule up to 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current valid US driver’s license.
• Computer skills are required to operate computer-based systems.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and other passenger issues.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify documents prior to boarding.
• Interpret identification labels and baggage routing tags.
• Keep work areas organized (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage) and maintain a positive attitude.
