Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Agent, Passenger Service to support airport operations and passenger assistance. You will manage reservations, ticketing, baggage handling, and provide travel information to ensure smooth boarding and on-time departures.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Employment involves varied shifts and airport security clearance. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Ability to lift and carry baggage up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations, issue tickets and itineraries, and compute fares for passengers.
• Handle baggage check-in, collect excess baggage charges, and provide travel information.
• Assist passengers at boarding gates, including ticket validity and boarding procedures.
• Coordinate reservations, standby travelers, and luggage arrangements.
• Determine flight close-out times and complete necessary flight documentation.
• Process lost/found items and finalize related reports.
