Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in West Palm Beach, FL. You will assist travelers at check-in, ticketing, and boarding, ensuring superb customer service while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, baggage issues, refunds, and providing flight information. Strong communication and quick thinking are essential in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US work authorization if based in the United States.
• SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred: 1+ year airline or face-to-face customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at check-in, at the counter, and at boarding gates.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, refunds, and baggage processing.
• Assist with lost and found activities and incident reports.
• Answer inquiries about flight schedules and fares as needed.
• Meet aircraft at gates and coordinate passenger movement.
