Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in Orlando to deliver first-class customer service at check-in, ticketing, and boarding. You will handle reservations, baggage, and inquiries, while ensuring safety, security, and airline-specific procedures are followed.

This role involves standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate loads as required. The successful agent will be friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate clearly with passengers and crew,

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; SIDA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at check-in, ticketing, and boarding.
• Handle ticketing, refunds, baggage, and excess baggage charges per airline standards.
• Assist passengers with reservations, schedules, and travel information.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed and communicate with flight crews and ground teams.
• Maintain records and reports for lost and found, and manage passenger inquiries professionally.
